Will we have copyright for the images?

The short answer is no. Copyright is a legal term that is assigned automatically by law to the photographer, however, once I have given you the images they are yours to keep forever and to use as you wish (non commercially). As part of the service, you get three months access to an online gallery to download, share and print your images.

Copyright is a separate issue to privacy and you retain full control of your right to privacy of those images. If you don’t want us to show any photographs publicly, let us know and we’ll be happy to honour that.
